When Chumpol Jangprai isn’t busy cooking on television, he’s helping us create the perfect flavour combinations.
Your taste buds are in good hands, with chef Chumpol Jangprai behind the wok. As one of Thailand’s best chefs, he’s appeared on many programs and even hosted “Golden Hand Chef”.
He’s the man to thank for the Wok on Inn brands and products, which he created from 2010 to 2012. Now he consults with us, while working as a culinary director for the Anantara hotel chain.
Chumpol Jangprai was always destined to become a chef, since the day he was born in the kitchen of his family’s renowned Thai restaurant.
He practically grew up in the Sa Nguan See restaurant, where he started working full time when he was 13 years old.
It wasn’t long before his curiosity took him to Copenhagen and Brussels, where he worked with the Blue Elephant Group, eventually becoming the corporate chef for the entire Blue Elephant Worldwide group.
His passion for experimenting led him to opening the prestigious Blue Elephant Cooking School and restaurant in Bangkok, which inspired him to work with Wok on Inn.
Chumpol Jangprai takes pride in every dish he creates and our menu is a reflection of that.
